Refund policy

Our Return Policy:
Returns can be requested on non personalized items, Any item retuned to us without prior authorization will not be credit back, We need to be notified within 7 days from receiving the item. We can then work out the details and then the item must be received by us no more than 7 days after our discussion has determined it will be returned or no later 14 days from the time the item was received. Any item that has been personalized with a badge number, A custom designed item or text other than what was originally on the listed badge is non returnable due to we would not be able to resell the item. Items that are disliked due to the stain color not looking like what was expected is also not returnable, If we in error apply the wrong stain we will accept the return for a new item and not refundable, Design fees will not be refunded in any situation due to this being an outside person doing this work.
